Swimming is supposed to be a non contact sport!
Oh dear!!! Swimming at my tri-club Saturday morning someone swam straight into my face, head down and at full speed . . .
It didn’t hurt at the time, but when I came up for air the lady who bumped into me said “your bleeding” . . . it just so happens that she was a doctor. So perfectly looked after and unfortunately 2 weeks out of the pool for it to heal. So loads of gym work to do . . . which I HATE!!!!!
