It was COLD!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>I survived my first open water sea swim this morning, loved it but it was b****y COLD!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swam for just 25 mins but water was only 10.1 degrees C!!! As I said . . .
